I take mine in my RV on every trip and got rid of my portable gas grill. This little bad boy can air fry, steam, grill, roast, dehydrate, and yes, bake. Frozen bacon to crispy goodness in 11 minutes? Check. I’m not joking here when I say it does almost anything. The grill comes with a pan, a grill grate, and a basket and because of that, it is multi-functional. I use it at home and whenever I travel someplace other than a hotel room, although, I could use it there as well. Yet, if you want to grill, this is a GREAT option you seriously need to consider. Think of it as taking your microwave with you on a trip. The Foodie Grill is a bit bulky and while it is not overly heavy, it is big compared to other kitchen appliances. In an RV, you can hide a grill in one of the storage compartments and pull it out, set it up, and fire it up and you are good to go but even that can be a pain in the arse. Even when I rent a house, I don’t like to use the grill on site because most of the time you spend too much time cleaning it before you use it. Yet traveling can sometimes drag that down and frankly, I’m not a big fan of the communal grill pit and rusty grated campsite grills. Grilling is not just a “man” thing anymore and I know a lot of women who love to show up the guys when it comes to grilling chops. I guess you could if you absolutely wanted to.
